Mrisho Consult Ltd (MCL) is a full service real estate company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, East Africa. As a property facility, MCL brings together prominent professionals from diverse fields of town planning, urban design, surveying, architects, infrastructural engineers and environmental scientists to generate informed analyses and responses to contemporary challenges in land development, urban planning, valuation services and commercial, industrial and residential property asset management.

Our clients range from private property owners and homeowners to major developers in the private companies, government agencies (Local Government Authorities) and foreign investors.
